For Life Weight Loss Program

The ” For Life” (FL) program offered by Fitness Realized is for the client who has limited exercise and proper weight loss knowledge. For Life offers a 12 week program design for the client who would be intimidated and frustrated with the mega fitness center atmosphere. We offer one of a kind support and instruction to make a commitment to a lifetime of fitness. The goal of our staff is to educate our clients on exercise physiology and thermodynamics. Our clients never graduate they transition into a fitness lifestyle. In addition to our adult program we also offer a youth program to coach young adults and children about nutrition and exercise.
Product Services: For Life program consist of 12 weeks of exercise and nutritional programming. All potential clients receive 3 personal training sessions which included a consultation and assessment free of charge. For Life believes that everyone should know the whole truth about their current physical condition.
First step is to test client’s metabolism. About face fitness does this by using state of the art metabolic testing previously available only to elite and Olympic athletes. The New Leaf VO2 Metabolic system can accurately measures your metabolic profile and creates objective plans just for you. Next is a dietary evaluation and consultation. At this time a personal trainer will review all dietary needs and concerns. PT will outline new diet needs and recommend appropriate supplementation. Clients then begin a exercise regiment, meeting with their personal trainer twice a week that is a total of 24 sessions or the course of 3 months. Client is expected to perform exercise protocol an additional 3 times. Clients will be reassessed every 4 weeks. Power is in numbers, this is not an individual effort we encourage family and friends to participate.
